Shipping policy

We deliver Miss Rosier orders to many destinations worldwide. Available shipping services, final shipping fees and destination availability will be confirmed at checkout before payment.

Please note that shipping options, fees and delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, warehouse location, parcel size and current carrier conditions. The information displayed at checkout is always the most current and should be treated as final.

Delivery Overview

  • Order processing for in-stock items: 1–5 business days

  • Typical standard shipping time: 5–8 business days after dispatch

  • Typical express shipping time: 3–5 business days after dispatch, where available

  • Free standard shipping: Available from US$120 in most destinations after discounts have been applied

1) How Delivery Time Is Calculated

The total delivery time includes both order processing time and carrier transit time.

In-Stock Products

In-stock orders normally require 1–5 business days for order verification, preparation and handover to the carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. The published shipping estimates begin from the dispatch date and do not include processing time.

Pre-Order Products

Pre-order items are expected to be dispatched around the estimated shipping date shown on the relevant product page or in your order confirmation.

The estimated delivery time for a pre-order item is calculated from its expected dispatch date, plus the carrier transit time for your destination.

When an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until the pre-order item becomes available, unless separate shipments are arranged.

Estimated pre-order dates may change due to production, quality-control or carrier-related circumstances. We will contact you if there is a significant update to your order.

2) Delivery Addresses

Please provide a complete and serviceable street address, including:

  • Street and building number

  • Apartment, suite or unit number, where applicable

  • City and region

  • Postal code

  • A reachable telephone number

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or military addresses.

Some islands, territories and remote locations may be unavailable or may have different shipping fees. Availability at checkout is the final confirmation that your address can be serviced.

To request an address correction, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once order processing or dispatch has begun.

3) Customs Duties and Taxes

Unless duties and taxes are specifically collected during checkout, all import duties, customs charges and local taxes are payable by the recipient.

We cannot declare purchased items as gifts or state a value lower than the actual purchase price.

Where permitted by applicable law, return shipping fees, customs charges, carrier fees and handling costs resulting from a refused parcel may be deducted from any refund otherwise due or charged to the customer.

6) Delivery Estimates and Possible Delays

Published delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Customs inspections, peak shopping periods, severe weather, carrier disruptions and remote-area delivery conditions may extend the delivery time.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend ordering as early as possible and selecting express shipping at checkout where available.

After dispatch, the tracking page provided by the carrier will show the most current estimated delivery date.

7) Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Carrier tracking information may take some time to appear, particularly when a parcel is transferred between different delivery partners.

Tracking Has Not Updated

Please allow the carrier sufficient time to register the first tracking scan before checking again.

Delivery Is Delayed

Check the latest carrier status first. Customs procedures, weather conditions and busy periods may extend the delivery time.

Parcel Is Marked as Delivered but Cannot Be Found

Please check around the delivery location, including safe places, and ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted the parcel.
